The name says it all—this diminutive shrub throws fluffy, creamy blooms that turn to deep pink with red highlights on bold, red stems. You'll enjoy their color in your garden before other paniculata varieties have even begun to bloom. Growing just 3–5′ tall, it's the perfect accent plant or low flowering hedge. This is our all time favorite hydrangea!

Paniculata Hydrangeas bloom on new growth, they typically flower normally even if the twigs have been killed back by frost. Plant in a sunny, well-drained spot; some early afternoon shade is beneficial in full sun. Prune in late winter or early spring for shape. 1.5 gal
