Cornus alba (Variegated Redtwig Dogwood) ‘Elegantissima’ is a workshorse in the garden. Red Twig Dogwood has clusters of white flowers at the ends of the branches in late spring. It has green and white variegated foliage throughout the season. White berries are borne in late summer. In autumn the display changes to gold, apricot and rose-red. The red branches are extremely showy and add significant winter interest.
